Purpose: Suspension and blending operations.

Pitched Blade Impeller SBR
4- and 6-blade impeller with dispersion effect, lower tip speed
than PR.
d/D approx. 0.3 to 0.6.

Disc Impeller SR
Generally, this impeller is used for gas/liquid and liquid/liquid
dispersion operations. d/D approx. 0.2 to 0.5.

Trapecoidical Impeller TR
Suspending and blending up to the medium viscous range, mainly
multiple-stage operation. d/D approx. 0.4 to 0.7.

Sigma Mixer SIR
Energy-saving impeller used for suspending and blending operations,
low tip speed, suitable for shear sensitive products.

Alpha Mixer ALR
Middle up to high viscous range. Purpose:
Blending operations where heat transfer to jacketed vessels
is required.

Anchor Mixer AR
Standard impeller for specific duties, good heat transfer. For overall
blending, additional baffels are recommended, depending on the
viscosity.

Tooth disk ZAR
Dispersion liquid/liquid, solid/liquid. Low up to middle
viscosity applications, high local energy dissipation.

Special impeller for the food industry, low tip speed.
